DELIVERY: Shipments under 100 lbs. will be shipped via United Parcel Service or Federal Express Ground, including to Canada. UPS 2nd Day Air only is available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Parcel Post will be used to other locations. UPS rates include automatic protection against loss or damage up to $100 per package. Shipments over 100 lbs., or any single carton that exceeds 150 lbs. (The maximum single package weight for UPS), will be shipped via Motor Freight (Truck). Customer’s preferred carrier will be used on a COLLECT basis. Handling charges will be added to invoices when customer uses their freight account numbers or shipments that go collect.

PAYMENT: OPEN ACCOUNT: To establish open account terms, please furnish us with the names of at least three firms with whom you are on open account plus one bank reference. We must have full names, complete addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and your account numbers (if possible). See “BY INTERNET” above to access application forms. You must include payment with your first order, since a credit check takes about 21 days. Your first shipment can be made on a C.O.D. basis or charged to a credit card (see below). All invoices not paid within terms of sale are subject to a charge of 1-1/2% per month.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

TERMS TO QUALIFIED ACCOUNTS: Net 30 days.

C.O.D.: UPS C.O.D. is available. Please add $10.50 for each package. Split destination shipments: $3.50 each.

MINIMUM ORDER: $100.00 net is our minimum order. Less than minimum order: add $7.50.

CLAIMS: All claims for shortages, errors in price, or terms must be filed within 7 days. Returns must be made within 30 days from invoice date or they will not be accepted.

RETURNS: We do guarantee our merchandise and make good on any products proven defective in materials or workmanship. Please notify us within 3 days upon receiving your order of any problems with your order. All claims involving loss or damage to the merchandise should be made with the carrier. No returns are accepted without our return authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on the boxes. We cannot credit you for merchandise damaged in return shipping, so please pack carefully. With approved authorization and after passing our inspection of the return, we will issue credit, repair, or replace the item. Merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking charge. E.&O.E.

IMPRINT ORDERS: Custom imprinted goods cannot be returned, unless the imprinting error is ours or the product is defective. It is suggested that you order a trial amount of sample non-imprinted items for your inspection unless you are familiar with the merchandise to be imprinted.

BACKORDERS: Unless otherwise requested, backordered items are cancelled if not shipped within 30 days of lead shipment. Backorders under $25.00 will be cancelled automatically.

UNDERRUNS:  Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted merchandise we reserve the right to ship up to

Delivery: Unimprinted, 3-5 working days; Carding, 5-8 days & longer in Holiday Season; Imprinted, 12-15 working days; Factory Metal Stamp, 9-12 weeks.
